Vista Collina Resort our brand new event space and hotel offers the beautiful, rustic chic Vintner's Room that can accomodate up to 85 guests with a dance floor. The Meritage Resort and Spa can accommodate up to 600 wedding guests surrounded by rows of beautiful grapevines. The Estate Wine Cave is built into the hillside beneath our vineyard with a maximum guest count of 150 with a dance floor. The Carneros Ballroom is the perfect place to hold your wedding reception for 160-350 guests with a dance floor. The venue’s largest event space, the Meritage Ballroom can hold up to a maximum of 600 wedding guests with a dance floor.

To ensure a most extraordinary day, The Meritage Resort requires a “day of” wedding planner of your choice for all Napa weddings.
We also have a preferred vendor list to assist you in your planning. You may choose to use your own vendors; however, your selected vendors must be reliable, insured, professional and familiar with the guidelines of The Meritage Resort. The Meritage Resort reserves the right to review and approve all vendors. The resort will not permit the affixing of any items to floors, walls or ceilings in our indoor event spaces and outdoor wedding venues in Napa, CA. Any questionable decorations, lighting or other equipment must be approved by your Catering and Event Manager.
