Offer valid for programs of 25+ rooms on peak contracted by January 31, 2020 and consumed by December 31, 2020 (multi-year contracts through 2022). Consumed revenue excludes staff rooms, complimentary rooms, commissions, discounts, service charge, and tax. Not valid for previously contracted groups, or those currently under negotiation. Not valid with any other offer.
Additional terms and conditions may apply. Earned complimentary rooms and earned upgraded rooms must be used for the contracted group and cannot be banked for future use.
*Not valid on banquet, catering, meeting rooms, surcharges, gratuities, taxes, or 3rd party charges to master bill.
**Hotel to provide a hosted one (1)-hour reception for guests equaling the number of actualized guest rooms on peak. Reception to include assorted hors d’oeuvres (three (3) pieces per person), plus beer/wine/sodas. After one hour, menu items and beverages may be purchased at menu price. Reception food and beverage items are at the hotel’s discretion and will be outlined in the contract. Not valid at hotels with third party food vendors. Normal rates apply for additional reception attendees.
