This "Fit for Duty" class is designed to let you train the way firefighters do. A circuit-style class that includes a combination of bodyweight, strength, and cardio exercises. Building muscle, strength, stamina, cardio, core strength, and flexibility are key components of this firefighter workout.

In Celebration of International Women's Day on Monday, March 8th, we will be featuring women-owned and women-managed businesses.

Enjoy a 1.5 mile hike through the Vineyard ending at the “Crusher” Statue atop the hill (great for a photo op), then trek down to our Vineyard deck while taking in the panoramic views of Napa Valley. Here you will participate in a few sun salutations, stretching exercises, breathwork and meditation. A great way to start your day.
