Wellness Classes

Vineyard Yoga Hikes - Every Saturday - 9am to 10am

Join us for a hike through our hillside vineyards on Saturday mornings. This class is the perfect blend of endurance, strength, flexibility and balance.

Enjoy a 1.5 mile hike through the Vineyard ending at the “Crusher” Statue atop the hill (great for a photo op). Then trek down to our Vineyard Deck while taking in the panoramic views of Napa Valley. Here you will participate in a few sun salutations, stretching exercises, breathwork and meditation. A great way to start your day.

Pilates Barre - Every Saturday - 9:30am to 10:15am

This class combines ballet, weights, and Pilates for a low-impact, fat-burning workout. Plan to do some free-standing lifting using light weights, some mat work, and plenty of Ballet Barre work. The class also incorporates stretching segments after each strengthening series. Lengthen your body and increase flexibility while you tone! Meet us at Vista Collina Motion Studio for the class. $20 per person.

Morning Flow Yoga - Every Sunday - 8:15am to 9:15am

Morning Flow Yoga honors individuals’ energetic levels earlier in the morning. This class, located in our Motion Studio at Vista Collina Resort, allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up and energize the body, and leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity. $20 per person.

U-Jam Dance Class - Every Other Sunday - 10:30am to 11:30am

U-Jam Fitness is a cardio dance fitness program that combines high energy music with urban dance moves (everything from Hip Hop, Latin, Bollywood, K-Pop). Expect funky, adrenaline-based urban beats from around the world with easy-to-follow dance moves. Each class begins with a warm-up track and ends with a cool-down track, which combines stretching and light dance moves. Be prepared to let your inner dancer shine! This is a fun, group exercise class that will inspire you to come back for more, week after week! $20 per person.
