Family and community, along with exquisite wines and farm-fresh cuisine, are at the heart of Napa Valley dining. It is that heart that inspired the design of our culinary program at Vista Collina Resort.
Napa Wine Tasting
Vista Collina Resort offers one of the most convenient locations for Napa Valley wine tasting. Located right on property are nine tasting rooms at The Village. Only minutes from the celebrated Carneros wine growing region that straddles Napa and Sonoma counties, Vista Collina is the ideal jumping off point for exploring wineries in both Napa Valley and Sonoma County. After a tasting at our own nine tasting rooms, discover nearby wineries at Domaine Carneros, Artesa Vineyards and Winery, and many more. The Napa Valley Vintners provide an excellent resource to plan your trip to the perfect wineries.
The Napa Valley has more than 150 exciting places for you to eat breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner prepared by world-class chefs. Foodies flock here to dabble in everything from Michelin-Star fare and farm-to-fork perfection to custom burgers and fantastic food trucks. Enjoy locally sourced cuisine in a variety of creatively themed restaurants — and order a side of wine, too.
Culinary Institute of America
Rising tall like a castle, The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone is one of Napa Valley’s most historic and majestic properties. It’s also one of the world’s most unique and inspiring campuses for culinary education. The magnificent setting for The Culinary Institute of America makes the meals prepared by their visiting chefs an even more memorable experience. The century-old stone building, known as Greystone, has the historic, warm feel of a Spanish castle. Located just down the street from Vista Collina, The CIA at Copia also offers classes, tasting experiences, a restaurant and store at its campus near the heart of downtown Napa.
