Head to Paséa to experience a CAZ Training Club HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. We will move station to station through the perfect mix of cardio and strength training movements for a SWEATY 45 minute full body workout.
Here at CAZ, we're built on the ethos of “Working Out and Giving Back.” Each month, we partner with a charity that focuses on health and it’s up to our CAZ Crew to earn the giveback. At the beginning of each month, we set a collective class attendance goal for the studio and once we hit that goal we give back a portion of revenue to that charity.The more we sweat, the more we give back.
