Join us for a morning workout through our hillside vineyards. This class is the perfect blend of endurance, strength, flexibility and balance.

Enjoy a 1.5 mile hike through the Vineyard ending at the “Crusher” Statue atop the hill (great for a photo op). Then trek down to our Vineyard Deck while taking in the panoramic views of Napa Valley. Here you will participate in a few sun salutations, stretching exercises, breathwork and meditation. A great way to start your day.

Please wear running/walking shoes and layered clothing to your comfort. Yoga mats will not be used for this activity.

We’ll meet you at the Spa Cave entrance.

Classes from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

$20 per person. All levels welcome. Please note classes are limited to 14 people.

Oakville Terrace at Meritage Resort

You will begin with a high energy and sweat-producing 45-min Kickboxing Class. This martial arts-based workout combines cardio fitness, speed, and power with boxing moves that challenge every muscle in your body. Followed by a 45-min focused on increased mobility, a movement-based and body weight class that works on balance, coordination, agility and functional strength. Improve the movement of your body so that you can increase your athletic potential, decrease injury and feel better.
