So dream a little more at our upcoming coursed pairing dinner prepared by Chef Ian Tenzer and Bar & Spirits Creative Director Beau Du Bois from Marisi in collaboration with Estancia's Executive Chef Vincent Savignano.
Each course will be thoughtfully prepared, inspired by the Italian Coast and seasonally driven, served alongside cocktails & wine that will leave you feeling like Italy really isn’t that far away while sitting in the Estancia’s olive tree lined garden. The culinary team will guide you through the meal, presenting inspiration and thought behind each dish and drink.
